Flight

Flight is a virtuoso solo which seeks to investigate many of the various aspects of flying. It attempts to portray the effort of powered flight, the ease of gliding and soaring, the thrill of rising on natural thermals, and thechaotic swirling of rapid descent. Intended for the flugel horn, it will also suit cornet, trumpet, and euphonium players equally well. Full score and parts of the brass band version are available on hire from the publisher.
